Whenever you are writing, regardless of the subject matter, you always need to tailor your copy to the reader. They’re the ones who, ultimately, will either benefit from your copy or find it a waste of their time (assuming you’ve used a proper grammar software to correct mistakes, of course). Crafting it specifically for them should help move their experience towards the former as opposed to the latter.

As a writer I do find that a regular routine of work helps tremendously both in organising my work and in keeping me focused. The spontaneity of writing is a wonderful experience yet the business side of it must remain focused and professional. As an example I shall use the routine that I currently use for writing and publishing online articles.
